Tex-Mex Beef Tacos

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Coat pan with cooking spray.
  3. Add onion, garlic, and beef; cook 6 minutes or until browned, stirring to crumble beef.
  4. Stir in corn and next 6 ingredients (corn through chiles).
  5. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 10 minutes.
  6. Warm tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture into each tortilla.
